Laboratory
At Infinite Care Partners, PLLC, we understand that accessibility to healthcare services is crucial for the well-being of our community. Recognizing that some of our patients may face challenges in traveling to a lab for necessary tests, we are excited to announce the ability of our team to draw in home labs for our patients. This service is specially designed for patients who cannot easily access the closest laboratory due to mobility issues, health conditions, or other barriers. The eligibility for in-home lab services is determined on a case-by-case basis, in collaboration with your healthcare provider.
Patients who are able to visit a lab will have their lab orders sent directly to the nearest LabCorp or Quest Diagnostics facility. This process ensures a seamless and efficient experience, allowing you to choose the location that best fits your schedule and location
Health Coaching
Our health coaching services are designed to assist in managing chronic health conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, heart failure, obesity, and respiratory disorders, among others.
It's important to note that health coaching does not involve diagnosing or treating medical conditions. Instead, it focuses on providing guidance, support, and strategies to facilitate behavior change and improve overall health and well-being to manage chronic health conditions.
We can offer personalized guidance based on your specific needs and work with you to achieve your health goals. It's important to be aware that many insurance providers may not cover the cost of health coaching, check with your insurance carrier for coverage.
